The directive 2009/28/EG for the promotion of renewable energy sources demands a minimum share of 20% of the gross energy consumption provided by renewable energy sources and a minimum share of 10% in the transport sector by 2020. These binding targets have enable the rapid development and deployment of RES technologies, leading to impressive cost decrease and bringing RES technologies always closer to competitiveness. Therefore stable and reliable support schemes for technologies are an essential factor. The main sources of renewable energy are hydro, wind, solar, biomass and geothermal. Due to an increasing deployment of these technologies the share in gross final energy consumption of renewable energy was at 13,4% in 2011 and 20,6% of the total electricity consumption
